Deposit Guarantee
- A deposit is required to secure your group booking.
- The deposit guarantees the number of services at your appointment time.
- Adjustments to services must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Canceling any services within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee for those services.
- Canceling the entire appointment within 72 hours or failing to show up will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Arrival Time
- Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to settle in and start on time.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show appointment.
Deposit Usage and Refunds
- Deposits are applied toward the services you receive but are non-refundable.
- Services themselves are not refundable once completed.
